Meet Our Admissions Expert

Pouya (Paul) has four degrees, a Bachelor of Arts from the University of California, Berkeley, a Master’s degree from Harvard University, a second Master’s degree and PhD from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor. All four of his degrees are in writing intensive fields. His Ph.D., for example, is in history. He teaches modern Middle East History at MIT, and he is also a widely read author at The Huffington Post. With years of experience helping students obtain admission into seemingly out-of-reach universities–often times with scholarship support–he serves as the founder of AdmissionMax and continues to work intimately with clients to ensure their success.
